Vision and strategy

We Have Clear Goals and a Vision

Our HMMC 2030 strategy is built on four pillars: People, Technology, Environment, and Business Resilience. We focus on employee safety and development, innovation and quality, achieving carbon neutrality, and creating a flexible, sustainable business in times of uncertainty.

We started a key program ‑ a partial transfer of development from South Korea to Nošovice.

Thanks to this, we have created new positions and have more space for invention and self‑realization.
