Bonus for meeting production targets is paid in August and January. It is up to 157% of your base wage in total.

Performance bonus


For white-collar positions, we pay a bonus in relation to the evaluation of objectives, which takes place every six months. Depending on your performance, you can earn up to extra 90% of your base wage twice a year.

Colleagues in blue-collar positions receive bonuses of up to CZK 10,925 based on their quarterly performance reviews.

Weekend overtime bonus


You will receive extra pay from us - above the legal minimum - for working at night or working overtime. In case of weekend overtime, we will pay you another extra CZK 1,000.
